I applied for my OCI through them. They did my paperwork n gave me an appt to apply with the embassy. On the day, my paperwork was all wrong. Bharat travel ladies had uploaded my indian passport twice in place of surrender certificate n not submitted my current British passport n naturalisation certificate. Luckily embassy did it for me but not without a charge. I ve left messages for them but no one would get back. Ladies there are frustrated, rude n just insufferable. They are not getting custom from me or my family again.

Such great service from start to finish. I went in to get help some help for visas and got the best service from the team, very considerate and understanding of situations. While I was there I noted the great service and advice provided to all who walked in. Keep up the great work, so glad to have a brilliant service like this in Belgrave.

I spoke to a lady at Bhaart Travel regarding the Indian Visa that they provided. When I asked the question about it on which box I had to tick she wouldn’t advise on their own form that we have. She wouldn’t let me speak or finish my question and just put the phone down. Really bad customer service and support.Yes I was rude because your colleague was rude to me. My question is why give your business card to me and say if I have any questions then to ring you? When we ring you’re not willing to help and don’t listen to what we have to say. All I wanted to know was which box I had to tick, it was a simple question and instead of saying what you had to say quickly and then put the phone down any customer would get annoyed and ring back irritated.

We have been using the services of Bhaarat Travel for several years to obtain our Indian visas.Diptiji and her team have always been extremely professional, efficient and, the paperwork submitted has been accurate, resulting in a speedy turn round at the Indian Consulate.This year we have been applying for OCI status for my husband and, separately for myself on the strength of his OCI. All the documentation prepared by Bhaarat Travel was approved and accepted without question.Why anybody would want to self-prepare this paperwork, I do not understand!

Great assistance and great service. Saved all the hiccups. Got the Visa within a couple of days. Only challenge had to drive 2 hours from Hertfordshire to Leicester. Overall very happy and pleased.

Visited Bhaarat Travel on Moday for my e visa to India. They were very efficient and quick. All the members of staff are very polite and helpful. I got my e visa within 24 hours on my email. Keep up the good work !
