The woman serving us was too busy talking to her colleague rather than serving us, I asked for a large jaffa milkshake and she put 2 jaffa cakes in and blended it for 2 second, tasted like nothing. Also costed 5.75 rather than what it used to be 4.60 for a smaller, worse quality milkshake. Once the best place in Bradford for milkshakes, now the worst. Mr Ts is now the best in bradford

Amazing colleagues, best service. I do have to say I have never had a milkshake like the ones from here. Best flavour and consistency. Not only are the milkshakes outstanding, the customer service skills from the staff are just as good. If I could give above 5 stars I would.

Ordered ferrera rocher milkshake on a cold windy day. They watered it down with ice cubes. Why are there ice cubes in it on a cold day?

HIGHLY disappointed with their shakes. Ordered pistachio shake and diamonds( mango and strawberry sake). To my surprise, couldn't find any pistachios in that. I paid 4.75 for getting a scoop of cheap pistachio ice-cream mixed with milk and topped with Poundland cream. No fresh ingredient at all. Don't wanna waste more time reviewing that supposedly mango and strawberry shake
