I took my baby to see Abi when she was 9 weeks old because she had hiccups two - three times a day, she was struggling with trapped wind, she had difficulty looking to the right and was very uncomfortable when doing tummy time at home. Abi had been my osteopath throughout my pregnancy and I knew she specialised in children, so I was certain she would be the right person to check my baby. Abi has been great with her: she showed us what the problem was, she made the treatment really enjoyable for our baby, who always seemed to be in a much better mood after seeing Abi, and we could see the difference in her from the very beginning! She only needed a few sessions and was a much happier and mobile baby.

Both my husband and myself are currently undergoing treatment at Aligned. We have been coming for 2 weeks now and already we can both feel the difference in our bodies. My experience of Aligned Health care.I booked a package of 20 adjustment sessions with Samten, my symptoms were back pain inside shoulder blade causing pins and needles in hand on a regular basis,I also had lower back aches.I am almost at the end of my treatment and the pain in my back has improved considerably and pins and needles in my hand have gone.The aches I experienced in my lower back have almost gone as well.I would recommend a course of treatment if you are suffering with back issues.

I attended Aligned Health for 18 treatments after suffering lower back pain incidents since 2002. I was recommended by a friend, and from the first visit to my last, I was made very welcome and made to feel one of the AH family. All the staff are very professional and extremely competent. After years of back issues and getting nowhere with my Dr I saw an offer for Aligned Health. I am so pleased I reached out to them, they are a very friendly and professional bunch. The treatment and advice received from Nina has been amazing and I keep recommending her to everyone that will listen. I am recovering from all my back complaints and although I've still a bit to go I'm sure Nina will get me there and I'll be able to put my socks on myself again soon.

I was recommended aligned health by a friend of my mums who had recently been treated and was very happy with the service. I signed up and started to have biweekly sessions with Yoko. Yoko has been amazing, so friendly, understanding and knowledgeable. I genuinely didn’t think I would have made the amount of progress that I have and as a result have come down to 1 session per week. Yoko suggested sports massages alongside to aid my progress and I have been seeing Morgan for this for the past month or so. Morgan has been fantastic, so personable and thorough with his work and again my health is really benefitting from these sessions.Working towards fixing this pain is something I thought I wouldn’t enjoy but the team I work with at aligned health genuinely do make the experience a great one. I can honestly say that the sessions of adjustment and massage I experienced not only solved the issue I went with, but also went on to address other related problems which has had a totally positive, holistic effect on my general wellbeing and mobility.Such was the exceptionally professional and friendly treatment I received from front desk to therapy couch, I have since recommended a good friend of mine to them, and he is similarly singing their praises. I still attend once a month on their excellent aftercare provision. Quite simply: don't suffer pain and discomfort - go to the experts who treat you as a whole person.
