I recently had the pleasure of staying at a Koala Rentals property in Canterbury. Olivier, the owner, was incredibly accommodating and made sure our stay was enjoyable. The apartment was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The location was convenient, and the check-in process was seamless. Stayed with a host twice who used this management group! Once by myself and once with my wife! It was a fantastic experience both times. Accommodations were clean and cozy. The host left recommendations for things for us to do, historical details about the town and even told us his favorite recommendations for eating, drinking and groceries! 11/10 will for sure recommend this company for anyone who wants to create a good experience.
