Customer service is shocking. Simon was rude and arrogant, had previous experience with this company which was positive, unfortunately on this occasion when we wanted our poorly fitted floor rectifying , we were fobbed off. Disappointing!! Won't be returning.

We would highly recommend these Guys. The customer service in the shop is very friendly and helpful and the fitters that come to your home refreshingly treat it with respect and do a first class job. They laid LVT throughout the whole downstairs area and same in our bathroom. Excellent product and workmanship. Can’t praise them enough on all aspects of the job. Will use again and would em recommend to anyone I hear that needs this type of job doing. Great tradesmen are very hard to find but you can trust this company to leave you only feeling satisfied and happy with your new Flooring. 5 star +++

Had LVT laid in all my ground floor rooms. Plenty of choice in the showroom, every colour, shade and style. The price was made clear and was good value. The fitters were experts in their trade, efficient, ontime and very helpful.

Excellent service from start to finish. Decided to get the engineered wood flooring, not the cheapest but worth it. Floor fully fitted to a great standard and within 2 weeks. Would definitely recommend them.

Absolute shocking company!Stay well clear, plenty of decent flooring company’s about that will do a much better job than four gates flooring!Simple Simon couldn’t run a bath let alone a business!!

First time using this company. Fantastic store, lots of carpet and flooring to choose from. Whilst, in the store Mel the sales assistant took his time to go through all the different carpets and flooring with us. Nothing was too much trouble and he answered all our questions. Once we paid our deposit, the fitters turned up on the agreed date exactly when they said they were going to. All of them were very polite and courteous. Did a fantastic job of laying the flooring and carpet down. Left the room clean and tidy.Hallway, stairs and landing look spot on. Made up with it. Thank you!! Will be telling all my friends and family from now on. Won't go anywhere else!! Customer for life!
