Greenwood Goldsmiths | Handmade fine jewellery, made in our on-site workshop. We do bespoke jewellery designs, particularly engagement and wedding rings. We also carry out jewellery repairs, polishing and sell our own designs.

I wanted a personalised pendent and leather necklace for my husband and I’m absolutely delighted with what Alex has created. The pendent is excellent quality/weight and beautifully engraved and personalised. The leather chain with clasp are also fantastic quality and it hangs perfectly around my husbands neck. Thank you for listening to what I wanted and creating something so stunning and sentimental.

Alex tightened up a loose diamond in my engagement ring and polished it all up. He was quick, efficient, and returned my ring like it was brand new. He even polished up my wedding ring so that it matched the sparkly newness of my freshly repaired engagement ring. I had a chance to look at all the great jewellery he’s made in his shop, beautiful and very competitively priced. I’m going to be looking for gifts in there in the future. Very happy to have discovered this wonderful jeweller on my doorstep.

After recently getting engaged, I asked Alex to re-size my fiancee's engagement ring as I had bought it a size too big. Alex was extremely welcoming when went to see him and we felt more than confident that he was the right man for the job!When going collect the ring only a few days later, we were amazed at the quality of his craftsmanship. We won't hesitate to come back if we need anything doing in the future.We also felt very safe in his shop given the current times.Wishing Alex every success in the village!

Visiting the area over Christmas, I passed Greenwood Goldsmiths on Boxing Day and saw some lovely stud earrings in the window. Once home, I Googled, ordered the studs and am very happy with my purchase. Whole process was very easy and has given a lovely memory to my visit to the area. Thank you.

When I first spotted this new business, I was quite excited and highly intrigued. Beautiful shiny, sparkly things! I’m a bit of a magpie it has to be said. I mentioned Greenwood Goldsmiths to my friend and she had some of her pieces reworked and I was very impressed.I had a super specially sentimental bracelet that was unwearable. I asked Alex to see what he could do and I’m absolutely delighted and thrilled with what he’s created. Really pleased with our wedding rings from Greenwood Goldsmiths and would highly recommend to anyone. My fiance had a great choice of rings to try in shop and they organised a selection of sizes in for him in the style that he wanted. Despite much indecisiveness on my part and an unusual shaped engagement ring to work with I could not be happier with my custom fit and designed gold wedding band engraved with a very intricate vine leaf. It fits around my engagement ring perfectly and is really beautiful. We couldn't be happier, thanks very much.

Alex understood exactly what needed to be done to reset the stone in my ring and he did the work within a couple of days to a very high standard. Commissioned to design this beautiful pendant from my old rings.Extremely happy with the finalised piece. Purchased the chain so it could be worn two lengths.Alex was very helpful and I think he was as pleased as me with his design.Also some lovely pieces in the shop.
