I have been using Abbey for my beauty treatments for years, her professionalism is second to none. She makes me feel veryComfortable when tanning my full body, for a woman of a certain age this is very important. Her Million Dollar facial has transformed my skin. Her knowledge is amazing and honest. My manicures & pedicures last without chipping which is incredible. She has helped me grow my lashes and having LVL lash lift means I no longer need lash extensions. Her salon is relaxing and pristine. During these times of Covid it is difficult to feel safe in a salon, however I feel totally safe in Abbeys salon due to her high cleaning standards. I would recommend using Abbey for your beauty treatments.

Used Abbey and Anna for some treatments. Very impressed with the service from enquiry, consultation and then the treatments.All handed quickly and efficiently. Every question I had was answered, and the treatments themselves have worked wonders for me personally.

0 professionalism. Contacted them on Monday evening, Abbey got back to me on Tuesday saying that the nurse (for the hayfever injection) would get back to me on Wednesday. I didn't hear back so tried calling them 4 times but no answer. Then in the evening they contacted me saying that they would call me today but still nothing! Absolute waste of my time.The owner has also asked privately to remove the review and has most definitely NOT informed me that the nurse was a abroad, just that she was going to be back on Wednesday. In her reply to this review, she forgot to mention that they stopped the service for hay fever on the 17th of June but didn't say this at all during any of our conversations. Meanwhile, I could have sought help elsewhere and not end up in A&E. I was contemplating removing this review as I support small, local businesses. But, after having seen the reply, I stand by what I believe and. Abbey is fully aware of what happened to me. I am just 100% sure this is NOT a professional business at all May I add that, although none of my calls were answered, she was very prompt to text me regarding the review. I am editing this as unfortunately I cannot reply.I am sure they are good at beauty stuff but definitely not the business to use for serious matters.

Abbey has always made me feel super relaxed and comfortable every time I've come for treatments which are of luxury quality. She is so knowledgeable and helpful and knows exactly what she is doing. I can't recommend this service enough!

I have had my eye lashes lifted and tinted, as well as a spray tan here.The staff are lovely and really put you at ease. Such a nice beauty salon.I have loved all of my treatments from here, will be going back and always recommend.Thank you x

I booked for my mum to have a treat whilst on holiday and I only wish we lived closer. The salon is decorated beautifully, very clean and modern. The lady who did my mums manicure was so friendly polite and so good at her job. I couldn’t get over how cheap the manicure was considering how much we pay at home they should charge so much more. My mum had builder gel and white tips and they are still going strong. We would highly recommend the Salon and when we come down again to Torquay we will definitely be back. Thank you xx
