Really great shop with a great owner. The guys in here all know exactly what they're talking about and they're so on the ball. Helped me out a lot today after riding hours to them. Bought a Kawasaki ER-6F from Pete just before Xmas and it came fully serviced and ready to go. Very happy with the bike and would recommend Venture motorcycles to anyone looking to purchase.

Great guys, got me back on the road in 2 hours with new tyres and paid fantastic attention to my bike. Highly recommended!

Took my Bandit in for MOT. Prior to MOT I asked about mirrors, they checked stock and had some quite nice mirrors in stock which got fitted by them. They also checked out the bike notified me it was running a bit rough due to outdated and work spark plugs which I was showed, I was suggested new plugs and a carburettor balance at a fair price, I agreed they got on and had the bike sorted within 24 hours. Much appreciated by the guys at Venture very knowledgable and would recommend thanks guys.

Have used Venture before for MOT twice before. Always excellent friendly service. Peter is helpful and accomodating. Allowed me to drop bike off day before and adjusted price of service according to my needs. Would definitely use him again. Has a few nice bikes in the shop for sale, mostly sports bikes from old to quite new plus a few scooters. Small friendly local shop. Nice personable service.

I've used Pete's services before and have always had a positive experience, however I've now had a not so great experience.Last year my bike failed it's MOT on fork seals. I asked Pete if he could replace them and he did for a good price and quick turn around.Fast forward to this year's MOT and, bare in mind the bike has only covered 500 miles and 11 months since the fork seals were fitted, and it's failed on fork seals again. When I pick the bike up, sure enough, it's leaking quite badly.I pop round to ventures, to see if something can be sorted out, but the shop was shut.I called the next day and got through to Pete's dad, who was sympathetic and said he'd get him to call me back the following week. Nothing.Ive tried calling but can't seem to get an answer, so I even emailed but I've been totally blanked.I'm positive this is only material failure as fork seals are typically good for years, and just wanted to come to an arrangement to get it fixed. However to completely ignore a customer is bad form and unfortunately means I'll take my business elsewhere.EDIT:Since writing this review, Pete has to his creditreached out and made arrangements to collect the bike and fix the issue.

Help me buy a bike for a great price Excellent guy

Absolutely fantastic service! The alternator and a rectifier were cooked on our trip around Wales and England so recovery brought us and the bike to Southampton. Next morning, I've called few garages and Pete, although extremely busy, was the only one who has agreed to help us. The parts had arrived as promised and he has charged only for 1h labour - the cost would be the same with my local mechanics. Pete is a kind, relaxed and excellent specialist that I would recommend to anyone. Many thanks again for your help!
