What can I say , bus coming onto lavender hill in Swanley with reg ending wfe nearly took me and my 2 year old out , he wasn't looking, didn't look to be slowing much and the moment he saw me knew instantly he was on the wrong. I get this is a bus route but please be aware of others on the way.

The service they provide is terrible. They leave children waiting at bus stops for over an hour and a half and when you ring up for an explanation they say the driver is thick and missed the bus stop" and then they put the phone down on you. Absolutely disgusting customer service and unfortunately they have the contract to take the children to school as I wouldn't let them on one of there buses ever again. Some very unhappy parents as they are late often for school due to there inability to work to a timetable."

We need buses that go places not stood still !!!The bus company go-coach Sevenoaks Kent .I have found in the last few years we are stuck with a awful bus company that either doesn't show up or no buses to destinations the routes arriva Group used to have.This company took over and a poor service, not a lot of buses for those who work, all for older retired people as no buses before 930am on routes and returns the same your lucky to get a bus after 3pm as all go to the schools .They run the entire bus service in the area to very few bus routes and part time running service unless you live in Dartford !!You only have to look at the timetable to see I am right .All you get is covid excuses and no one used the buses!All other towns in this area ran buses but Sevenoaks. No one uses the buses as cannot get one to get to work or return from work with the part-time hours they run at .lastly the bus fares are hugely expensive more than doubled from each service they took from Arriva and then complain no one uses them !!! Look at the website yourself .Kent county council has got to take these routes of them and run them at proper working hours for workers and put the Fares down .What is happening to greener travel don't take the car use public transport !!Just not in Sevenoaks!It does make me jealous why we haven't got London buses and fares !!!!!

Shocking school service on TW11 through Wrotham. Go-coach has been confused about the roadworks near Wrotham this week but rather than doing what the other bus companies have done & verify details with Kent CC they chose to not run buses through Wrotham (unlike the other companies), the consequence being stranded schoolchildren morning & evening... Disgraceful.Even this evening, 24 hours after the roadworks finished, the driver kicked the children off the bus before Wrotham village..(he was obviously late for his dinner)...This is completely unacceptable, particularly when young & vulnerable children are involved.The events of this week cannot be ignored & KCC and the schools will need to be involved.

I lost one of my personal belongings on a Gocoach. At customer care, I was told to go to the lost and found section. The person I met told me to check and almost immediately, I saw it! I was so happy to find it so I decided to give Gocoach a positive Review. Awesome!

Very friendly staff.The buses are clean, reliable and safe.I would recommend this company.

Absolutely dreadful company. Buses never turn up and when they do, they smell of urine.

The 431 route replaced the withdrawn section of the hourly 402 the drivers are a lot more friendly than Arriva but what I have to say is that they provide a poor replacement to the 402 with only 4 trips each day they should at least run a Saturday service or increase the service to at least every 90 minutes. You are known for your rubbish punctuality of the service and it does not please locals

One of the few bus companies who are actually reliable.Been using the 474/5 since it started and can count on one hand the amount of no shows and there drivers are friendly which is a bonus

Although I understand the need to change timetables periodically, leaving old timetables on view at bus stops is not helpful. Had nearly 1 hour wait for bus. Is it really that difficult to get this organised ahead of the game if you know changes are coming?Check website before you travel!!!!!
