I do not recommend that you use this firm. The quality of the gardening work was good, and the guys who visited were professional; but the office are completely uninterested in answering emails. They broke a pane on our greenhouse, and despite the gardener instantly informing the company of this and saying it would be replaced, nothing was done for months. I started sending repeat emails, all of which were completely ignored until I advised that I was refusing to pay any monies, at which point they suddenly woke up and said that they, Thought it had been fixed". They still did not fix the greenhouse or offer to deduct the owed monies from the invoices. They eventually resolved the situation by just ghosting us and no longer sending either gardeners

Do not use this firm. I gave the required 3 months notice to terminate my contract with them on the 1st September. I emailed them several times during the 3 months reiterating my termination of the contract. They visited my property around 14th December, I had to tell their gardener to stop working. I managed to speak to someone and they confirmed that the contract will have stopped from 1st December. I've now received another invoice for work carried out on 17th February, no one visited my property on that date. They are cowboys.
