Took my granddaughters iPad in today as had a charging fault. The very nice man sorted it out very quickly and efficiently ( a small bit of metal from the charger had become lodged in there)He checked it could be charged and gave it back to me. He said no charge at all but I will definitely go back to Mobile Solutions when I have other problems. Thank you so much. She was very happy to have her iPad back . Sarah

Been here a few times over the years for phone cases, screen protectors and such. Went today because the charger wasn't working, turns out I had dust and bits in the port. The gent cleaned it out for no charge but an honest review. This is the phone store I recommend to my friends and family.

Came in to the Norwich store to get my resin screen protector off (took over an hour to remove) and didn't charge a penny. Just said to leave a review so here I am, the guys there are absolute legends and would 1000% recommend them.

Highly recommend!!! I phoned Mobile Solutions this morning as I’d dropped my iPhone on my kitchen floor & cracked the screen. I was told they could repair it, they had screens in stock, it would cost £115 & it would take an hour. I took my phone in & left it with John. After an hour, I returned to good news! The screen wasn’t actually cracked, it was the screen protector that was cracked and not the screen!! I was charged for a new protector only,!!! So, I treated myself to a new wireless charger, having got some advice from John who was great!Mobile Solutions are always helpful, genuine and honest. Definitely recommend!
