Bosavern House

This is a bb on a fantastic location, lovely rooms and superfriendly staff (Helen).

We stayed at Bosavern for our wedding in St Just. Helen and Martin made our stay just perfect and helped make our special day extra special. We will be regular guests in the future.The breakfast is amazing and the porridge is the best I've ever tasted.They love dog's and ours loved it there.Would definitely recommend it for travellers to the area

Perfect weekend away at Bosavern House. Comfy bed, quiet room, excellent breakfast (full English, fresh fruit and yoghurt, homemade jams...), plenty of parking for cars (and bikes by the look of it). It's an easy walk along the public footpath into St Just which has a surprisingly large number of pubs and cafés and shops. If you're thinking of having a holiday at the far end of Cornwall I can't see why you'd stay anywhere else!

Fantastic place, very kind owner couple, breakfast was fantastic. Seriously. So much fruit to choose from.
The owner made a whole meal for me in late evening because i didn't eat yet (kitchen was already closed). Great salad like you do not often experience in a restaurant. Its often very simple. The hotel looks charming. They really pay attention tot their work. I wish you all the best.

This place is a fantastic find located as it is less than 15 minutes from Land's End. The house itself is bigger near me and has plenty of parking on the specially laid gravel to the right of the house it's very easy to find.We only stayed for one night but the room we had was a good size and very well equipped with a very clean and bright bathroom. There's some nice touches in the room such as a funky flowered covered radio as well as some shortbread and Cornish fudge has a nice sweet treat. Beds firm but comfortable and I particularly liked that there was a choice of pillows , a flat one which my daughter favours and a more substantial one which I prefer.The breakfast options were extensive does I work in the health trade I was particularly pleased to see our range of vegetarian and vegan options available if somebody wanted them. When breakfast came it was hot and very tasty I must say my daughter and I particularly enjoyed relaxing and morning before heading out to Lands End.I'm going to find any fault with this place I will ask them to have a look at the shower pressure which we found a bit too low and made it quite difficult for my daughter who has long hair to rinse hair of shampoo and conditioner properly but these are just tiny tiny points. We paid £115 for the room for the night including breakfast which is at the top end of what we like to pay but I must say that this place was worth every penny.

We loved our stay at Bosavern House. The room was spacious, comfortable and with lovely details. The breakfast was exceptional and just spot! Never had such a good fruit salad even in 5* Hotels! Overall a very convenient location for coastal trips.

Amazing breakfast with fresh fillet of haddock. Very clean and comfortable. 10-15 min walk from the St Just village where you can get food. Lots of walks nearby. Love the little details like the fudge!

Service was really good, went out there way to make our stay as good as possible. Highly reccommend.

Rooms were large and beautifully set out.Walks nearby and close to Porthcurno where we have family. Plenty of food choice at breakfast but we didnt get the vibes that Helen enjoyed company but perhaps she is just shy.

Really great B&B! We were very well looked after - my wife is a coeliac, and they went above and beyond at breakfast.The B&B is also in an excellent location.
