We had a cake made for our sons 1st birthday, and it was just amazing! I couldn’t have asked for anything better. I had a rough idea of things and colours and Maria came out with a design better than we could imagine. The cake itself was so tasty! Everyone really enjoyed eating it too, it was almost a shame to cut it, but it was worth it!We went with a Victoria sponge and jam as it was a children’s cake, but it was so delicious and lasted for ages! Everyone had a decent sized portion and the cake was light fluffy and moist. Will be ordering more cakes for future events!!

The cake was ordered for a surprise as part of my wife's 60th Birthday. From the start Maria was full of creative suggestions that hit my brief perfectly. As well as looking amazing it tasted great too. Thank you so much. If you want a great cake and creative help realising your ideas this is the place to go!

Maria made us a beautiful cake for my mother's birthday. She was lovely to engage with, very professional and keen to make sure we got what we were hoping for. The finished cake was stunning to look at, a piece of art... which we then ate... and it was fab! Ideal for the occasion. Thankyou Maria!

The Viking Bakehouse created a wonderful celebration cake for my special birthday. The cake was just as I had requested for the theme and exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail was amazingly. Made my grandsons baptism cake it was delicious and so lovely to look at. So many compliments. A good price too. Matched the balloons perfectly. I normally try and watch my diet but i scoffed this haha!!. Would recommend.

Maria created an absolutely beautiful Alice in wonderland cake for my 30th birthday. It tasted delicious and decorated fabulously. Maria was fantastic with all communication and put a lot of time and effort into my cake. I would highly recommend and will go back to Maria in the future.
