A very friendly company with excellent customer service, great drivers and reasonably priced. My mother is eternally grateful to Mark and Dave and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I missed a star as I find them expensive...what would be a £10 taxi normally is a £20 taxi with this firm because they are taking Ur mobility scooter ...I think they are profiting from disabled people...I understand the need to charge a higher rate for the service , but double the cost is a bit to much ...

My cousin was transported by Mark from Eastbourne to Ashford, Kent this morning. She was treated with care & dignity. Mark is very kind & friendly which made the journey stress free.I can highly recommend WTS as I had very good experience from the day I booked to the day of transfer.

My parents, both in wheelchairs used WTS for 5 years for all their transporting needs . The level of care of WTS is second to none and no distance is too near or too far . Mark and Dave transported my parents to all their local appointments and also further afield to Brighton, Haywards Heath Hospital and Bexhill Hospital and lastly Mark transferred my mum from Eastbourne to a nursing home near me in Durham .. a 365 !! mile journey.In all the various trips Mark, Dave and team were always professional, reliable, extremely kind and treated my parents with the utmost respect. I would recommend them to anybody . I just wish we could find someone like them up here in Durham !!

They are very professional, reliable, reasonably priced and are much better than any other taxi service I've ever used. They take the time to talk to you and are very friendly. We've never had any issues with them and they always go the extra mile to accommodate your needs. Me and my mum are very happy.
