We've been using Vicky of Butterfly Effect Business Coaching for three years or so now. It's been brilliant.We've completed two Growth Accelerator programs with her and still come back for more. Why?We believe in continuous improvement and with Vicky pushing us along, we do just that. Continuously improve.Everything runs to a plan. With both 10-year and 3-year goals and a plan of how to get there, we're on track. It's not rigid, there is wiggle room as well as milestones.Besides the plan, there's a constant stream of little nuggets to boost performance. The little things that have a big (Butterfly) effect do work.For instance, Vicky suggested we visualise what it'll be like to hit the 10-year goal. It's ambitious so we need to act like the people we'll be when it's achieved.Sounds simple, but this has helped no end.
