Wanted to eat in but place very dirty. No napkins, straws or sugar out all empty . Place busy with uber eat orders wsln customers seem to be waiting a long time. Staff service slow and incompetent ! Disappointed asked for bag to takeaway

I order from themMany times via just eat, even today I order for kids food and came completely different order!! Every time my order coming is incomplete. The only good thing is “just eat always give money back after investigation. “ Delivery services always on time.

This by far, the worst place to buy food. The Place stinks, food is the worst of all and while there are tills, no kne will take your order and they tell you to use the self service else leave. Whoever the lady who calls herself manager need to undertake customer service. I wonder how and why people even go there.

I have had my share of McDonald's in my Uni days- Everyone should experience a Big Mac, munch on a quarter pounder and try the tastes of the world atleast once.Fast forward 10 years and things have changed- the drive throughs have become inundated with a huge increase in McDonald's app orders. The once quick and efficient fast food model has been replaced by long waiting times, large orders being prepared to be picked up by Just Eat & Uber Eats, queues of people exasperatingly looking at their phones! The kitchen is in overdrive & the overstretched staff are hurriedly putting the orders together. After all that, the food is most definitely cold... You could order a restaurant meal quicker and it would be hot and tastier!The staff are trying their best to keep up with the orders, but it is an impossible system & McDonald's are to blame! Its a McMess!!!

Awful. Ordered 2 burgers and large fries for delivery. Took 35 mins to arrive and when it did everything was cold. The chips didn't even look like they had been cooked. I had to put them in the oven for 10 mins.Woukd not recommend this place

The place is filthy, food and drinks all over the floor, in the 30 minutes I had to stand waiting for my order to be made while Eastern European delivery drivers came and went, the staff made no attempt to clean up and ignored the poor guy at the counter who didn't know he was supposed to use the touch screens because he had actual money on him, the food was luke warm at best, the drink tasted like it had been sat there for a long while with all the ice melted in it. Sure the local council hygiene team should take a look at this place !

Absolute disgrace, needs to be shut down*UPDATE* To fix a problem is to understand there is a problem. They’re in denial and just copy and pasted an apology email and gave us a spend £10 get £10 off voucher, this must be some sort of joke. This complaint was not for reimbursement, this complaint was for you to get your act together, retrain your staff and deep clean your restaurant. This is disgraceful.

Food has really gone downhill here. Items are missing, food is often cold with long wait times if you order online. It’s very rare to get a hot meal with everything that you have ordered.

Not very happy with the service. Went through the drive through at night so it wasn't really as busy as a day time service but there were a few cars in front of me but not many I waited 10 mins from ordering to getting to the food window. When I finally got to the window where they give you your food I waited 5 mins then was asked move to a parked bay there I continued to wait another 5 mins where I watched 4 people drive off with their food I was given mine and didn't receive an apology for the wait. I wasn't waiting for one but it would have been nice to get one. Got home and realised there was no straw for my drink, no napkin, no sauce and the food looks like its just been thrown in the bag.I don't expect someone to come out singing and dancing with my food but I do expect service a bit better than what I got.
