Cobbydale Forge Gym

‘Share details of your own experience of this place’.. google there aren’t enough words! Over the last 12 months, Cobbydale Forge and the people in it have changed my life. As a ‘bigger girl’ I had zero confidence stepping into a gym, but my first experience with Leah and Taz in bootcamp way back when helped me come on leaps and bounds, creating a new lifestyle and routine. I’m still a ‘bigger girl’, not your stereotypical instagram gym goer but in this gym I just feel like everyone else, there to work hard and make change (can highly recommend Coach Danny for anything nutrition and Coach Tom for anything physio).The gym is easy to get to, behind Stapletons joiners opposite what used to be Aireview primary school, with plenty of parking. What more could you possibly want!

Highly recommended! The equipment is ever growing and developing with additional equipment being added regularly. The staff put on great classes, get everyone involved and are always open to help! I currently use forge fit , forge fury , boxing, spin. Well worth the class membership if you need the added boost of motivation.

Just joined, nice & easy process, first Ride class under my belt. Great atmosphere, music & people. Looking forward to my journey with Cobbydale Forge & the benefits to follow.

This is such a lovely friendly gym with a great atmosphere. The coaches are all so friendly and welcoming (which for a shy person, is brilliant.)I joined on the classes membership and find them really fun, varied and absolutely shattering. 100% what I was looking for.The gym seems to be going from strength to strength (no pun) and it's very well deserved.

An unrivalled gym in Silden, located on Elliot St (just opposite the old school building). Been going for a year now, the gym is equipped with everything you need, the classes are really well run and the coaches highly knowledgeable. Best of all there’s a real strong, honest community feel to the place. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Cannot rate Cobbydale Forge highly enough, run by owners who go above and beyond for their members, they have not only created a gym, they’ve created a feeling of community which I have never experienced in any other gym setting. It’s extremely well equipped with the latest machines and the classes are really varied and make working out fun, there really is something for everyone!

Cobbydale Forge is the best gym in the area! It has everything you need to train and a great place to socialise! All the staff are fabulous and super friendly :) it makes it super comfortable and easy to stay healthy in Silsden <3

I have been a member of Cobbydale Forge since it opened in January 2022.Tucked away on your way up to the fire station this gym is truly amazing. It’s grown so vastly in the Last 12 months. It serves the community so well with a wide range of classes from kids to teens, to boxing to strength training. I’ve seen great results personally through the classes and PT’s with Danny. I cannot recommend enough. all team members are ace as are the members. #cobbydalefamily
