Really impressed and the owner was particularly helpful when I mentioned a couple of things I wanted extra attention paying to. We live in quite a small house and the girls just about managed to get through all of the main rooms in 2 hours.

Contacted Daily Poppins to have a deep clean of my flat done before move-out and got no response whatsoever. I get that they're maybe busy at this time of year but to simple not respond to my email is pretty poor

If I knew how well my bathroom would come up I would have taken a 'before' picture! Linda our cleaner worked some sort of magic on grout and sealant that I would have sworn needed replacing but now literally looks like it is brand new. Not sure how she did it but she did. I have a fortnightly clean now and it's enough to keep the areas I want done easy to maintain.

usually the girls just knock on door and i say come in girls they put up with a lot from me im such a mucky pup but this week impressed with kitchen how they found spaces for everything neat and so tidy smells nice always clean without complaint it always my flat always looks so much better when theve been don't know what I'd do without them im pleased and happy with service from all the girls .sharon henderson perth road dundee

The worst cleaning company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.I booked Daily Poppins, Dundee, for an end of tenancy deep clean. We had to vacate our property on a Tuesday and so the agreement was that Daily Poppins would come round to clean on the Monday beforehand. When they hadn’t turned up I phoned only to be told they were not going to come until the Tuesday. I insisted based on our agreement and they turned up at 7pm on the Monday evening.They did such a bad job that when the landlord came round to inspect his comments to the estate agents were, “the tennants have made no efforts to do any kind of significant cleaning.” I informed the estate agent we had in fact hired Daily Poppins for this service. He phoned them on our behalf but they denied any record of cleaning our property. Luckily I had a receipt of cleaning and after several phone calls they confessed to having been to our property.They agreed to go back and finish the job properly but insisted I paid them in full beforehand. I did. I have now had an email from the estate agents to say that despite them coming round again, some cupboards still haven’t been cleaned, the shower screens are still dirty and all in all the estate agent is looking for £60 to cover the cost of this extra work.Absolute disaster of a service. Turned up at the wrong time, charged £20 an hour for 5 hours but didn’t do a proper job on two attempts, denied all knowledge of having cleaned for us, insisted on payment before the job was done and I have now had to pay more than half of what they charged to have someone else do the job properly. If I could give zero stars I would.
