Very good customer service and sympathetic styling

Not a bad place to shop but a bit pricey I'd say just my personal opinion.I wouldn't pay too much for monsoon, it's not like you shopping in selfridges!!...They shouldn't be so pricey, i don't think the brands that popular as the price tags don't match the brand.Also I popped in a few times in last couple of months as I was going by & it's always really cluttered I feel like the staff are not as organized in presenting they're goods cuz it's so cluttered not very well organised.Also the staff are only polite when they in the mood otherwise they try dodge helping customers as my partner wanted to know something & tried approaching staff that totally acted like they didn't notice her which they clearly did cuz I was watching from a distance which left my partner frustrated & eventually just walked out & they lost the sale because they couldn't make time for a customer query, why come to work if you not willing to be helpful POINTLESS & that's the reason they got 3 star otherwise I would of give them 4 star cuz of all the clutter.Hope that's helpful to anyone hoping to shop they're in future & for management to address these issues highlighted might help with business in future sales & a future review from us.

The children's clothing in monsoon is beautiful and the reason I was there although they didn't have the size I needed for the item I went for, the store is bigger than I was expecting, it was well laid out, it was a bit messy but they had black friday sales going on. Staff were well presented and polite. The store is fully accessible to wheelchairs and prams

Love this brand, already knew it from Portugal, really pretty and fair quality for a reasonable price.

Good quality clothes for women and children and a nice range of accessories, bags and fashion jewellery to go with them. Love the evening gowns and there are some gorgeous party and bridesmaid's dresses for little girls. Pricey but good for special occasions.

We visited the store as needed to find a flower girl dress for my daughter and this is the only high street store that sells what we need. On our visit we were help by a really nice woman unfortunately didn't get her name. Nothing seem to be too much trouble for her and she made the experience alot easier. Also to our surprise the fitting rooms were back open making the trip really worth while and very useful. Would visit this site again without a doubt. Very happy shopping experience.

The clearance sale was on so took a look however the children's section was limited barely had any stock in. Women's section had more availability and choice. The shop requires air conditioning it became very stuffy and warm inside so can't browse for too long with masks on. Staff are friendly and helpful. Stays open until 8pm in Trafford centre.

I do like the hair slides in Accessorize part of Monsoon. I was successful this time and came away with what I was wanted a pretty white pair of slides with flecks of blue and gold. Reasonable price too. Happy shopper.

I do not like clothes shopping in the slightest but what man does. I have 2 daughters who love to shop for clothes so I had to pop into monsoon for her to look around as we were passing. They absolutely loved the place so the review is from them. We found lots of nice clothes that we wanted and will go back with mummy as Daddy has no idea.Now my review. the downside was it didnt sell alcohol or power tools or anything DIY related I had no toys I could touch or make noises with so not for me.
