Goodknight Property Management is an extremely professional and attentive service.When choosing a property to rent Leana was available and answered every question and query I had.Since moving in the service has been exceptional, any issues are dealt with in a timely manner. Even the outlandish questions of getting a table and chairs for the summer was not scoffed at. A week later and me and our housemates are sat with a beautiful set enjoying the bank holiday weather together.10/10 would recommend!

Leana helped me move into a new flat last year. She was kind and courteous during the application process and assisted me with various issues that occured once I'd moved in. The service was always friendly and respectful, which I very much appreciated as someone who suffers with anxiety. Dealing with the stress of moving to a new flat was a big step for me, and Leana set my mind at ease by ensuring that the application and move in went as smoothly as possible (she even helped me get back into the flat when I accidentally locked myself out during the first week!) She was always approachable and liaised several times with my landlord regarding my questions and concerns, making sure that she came back to me quickly on the issues I needed to raise. One of the best experiences I've ever had with a lettings agent.

In my experience renting a property has always been a nightmare- terrible commutation, false promises etc...However, Leana from Goodknight Property Management is an exception to the norm! My move in was smooth and well planned, everything was communicated well in advance, and Leana was always at hand for anything!
