Flip Out Preston Trampoline & Adventure Park

Not the best trampoline park I've been to save your money and go to a better one. Place was freezing and the staff were really rude.You have to pay £2 each for their socks even though I had grip socks from another trampoline Park. Even my 2 year olds tiny socks cost £2. Oh and when my 2 year old refused to put the socks on the staff then asked if my child was Autistic . SHE'S TWO! One of the most stupid comments I've ever heard. They promote toddler sessions but they don't welcome toddlers at all. Oh and the juice and toast they promote we never got. After reading the reviews on here I wish I'd read them before coming, lots of nicer places to take children in preston. Don't do it!

The venue certainly has a wide range of trampolines that seem to be in good condition. However you cannot use your own grip socks and have to purchase their own branded ones. The restaurant was not serving hot chocolate, mocha or smoothies. The chicken burger was actually a chicken in batter burger (I would have expected just chicken). As a jump venue it's ok but the rest of the set-up fell short on my visit hence only 3 stars.

Facilities seem fine but they tell you it's company policy & for insurance purposes" that you HAVE TO buy their branded socks. When asked why since many other jump venues don't specify this

Fun place, kids loves it. Very good place for kids to release extra energy. Car park is spacious but will be fool in busy days.Also in winter time it is very cold there

We did a walk in booking and it cost £85 for 2 children and 2 adults for 1 hour! Absolutely disgusting prices, one staff member said it was £16 per person then what I’m presuming is the owner (Asian man) said it was £17 each, how can an adult and child cost the same! They do nothing but enforce rules the whole time, they do not have any customer service at all. They rush you to pay, they can’t calculate prices. We bought 2 cheese and tomato toastie meals , they wasn’t even toasted it was basically bread and the salad was 1 cucumber 1 tomato and 3 pieces of shredded lettuce it was actually embarrassing. Because we have a child with allergies we packed a specific sandwich for her and they said she cannot eat it so of course we gave her a sandwich because everybody else was eating and the staff tannoyed “customers cannot eat their own food” but yet they don’t cater for allergies. The Asian man was disgustingly rude with us and firstly threatened to kick us out because we questioned the prices. It was pretty much dead in there and they would rather be rude to customers. Staff need to go on refresher courses to learn customer services because even a smile goes a long way! Will not be returning whatsoever

Very disappointed, took my grandkids they already had grip socks on which we had purchased from another trampoline Park. Was told we had to buy there own branded ones Ridiculous all about taking your money. Not a patch on fusion round the corner which has sadly closed down. Won't be returning,nthe staff constantly monitor the children not a fun feel about the place disappointed is an understatement.

Just want to compliment you on how clean and tidy it is. So organised and the children had fun. A little chilly but its hard to heat a room that big. Not cold if you are bouncing. But was singled out for having fruit shoots on table, when 5 tables near us had drinks bottles. Clearly grom home, on their tables and one table two ladies were drinking costa coffee.......but nothing was said to them..... Also 4 coffee's for £12.00 it isnt like we didnt spend any money.

Good variety of activities, not just basic trampolining. Staff seemed very attentive. Perhaps potentially a little concerning that when children go to the toilet they're head to an area no longer visible to their carers, and right next to the exit which has no barrier.

Fantastic visit with family, the staff are very accommodating and attentive. Lost property queries are taken seriously and all items returned. Definitely recommend speaking to Arfhan on the management team, outstanding customer service.
