From the moment I walked in I was greeted with such genuine warmth and welcome from Divashia. The service was amazing. I was given a brilliant and educational update on the all the treatments. A great way to inform new clients of what's available. It made me feel very informed. I was just taken care of in a true one to one fashion. I can't wait to buy a course and come back to enjoy the long term benefits

Amazing treatments! I used the cryo chamber and compression boots! Felt so good and felt amazing after and also the next day and even after a week! Will definitely come back! The place is so nice and clean and staff are really friendly, knowledgable and helpful!

I have been coming to Cryohealth Southgate since it has been open. The staff are very friendly and helpful and explain about every treatments they offer. I have tried all the treatments even the cryo chamber 3 mins in the -120 temperature was so good. My favourite is the CryoFacial. Definitely recommend this! It's a godsend being so local. I visit this place every other week. Thank you ladies.

I recently had a cryotherapy treatment. I would like to praise the professional and friendly service I received. As it was my first experience of cryotherapy, the process was fully explained, which helped put me at ease. I will definitely use the facilities again and highly recommend the service.

Really great and exciting first visit! My husband and I had the whole body cryotherapy in the cyro chamber. I'm used to a cold plunge pool so wasn't too concerned about the cold but this was another level! -120 degrees for 3 mins! Really was quite refreshing. I left energised and feeling great. We then had the localised facial treatment which again was really refreshing. The staff were amazing. Very knowledgable and super informative and friendly. I can't wait to go back for the final treatment with the compression boots!

Great session! The venue is spotless with helpful staff who offer a step by step explanation of each machine. There was a special offer which was great too! I felt very rejuvenated after my session!

So so impressed with this clinic. The staff are really nice, super friendly, make you feel at ease and equally importantly, are very knowledgable. The manager in particular (Divashia) is lovely, and spent time explaining everything to me. The actual chamber for whole body cryotherapy is state of art (felt reinvigorated coming out/also helped with a knee injury I'd picked up/and slept super well that night too :)) and I also tried the Normatec therapy compression boots therapy which was also so good. The clinic covers all bases with the equipment and treatments they have, they're a professional (and clean!) place and their staff and manager are just on it. I defo recommend, and I'll be going back for sure :)
