Can’t fault the teams who erected the scaffolding or the ones who finally arrived to take it down but the job it was originally put up for was completed some 6 months previously and the communication to get it removed or adjusted was all but none existent. 2 messages in 6 months.! To leave scaffolding blocking 2 fire escape windows for that amount of time with such a lack of communication isn’t good enough.

Came through our private garden and cut a hole in our hedge to access our neighbourghs. Rude when challenged and lied about cutting a hole in the hedge, despite there being a circular saw in our back garden. Then even had the nerve to cover the cut branches with mud in order to make it seem these were old.

Of all the subcontractors I worked with last summer, Browns were by far the best. Recommend without reservation.

Inconsiderate and unpolte. Do not use as they are not professional.

Disgraceful behaviour on the job, bully like attitude to customers and passers by. Feels like they don't even want to get customers with the reviews I've seen.UPDATE TO COMPANY: You have not done work on my property, however as your staff bullied myself as well as others while blocking public access paths. I have a right to review.

The best scaffolding company I have used and we use a lot of scaffolding being a roofing company! my customers often mention how polite Ryan and the lads are. browns are fast reliable and honest! And the scaffolding is always spot on and safe I won’t go any where else
