Excellent place. I'm a private individual and bring my car here all the time. Nice staff. Takes the full hour for the MOT so maybe worth popping down to the coffee place in Merry Hill, maybe 10 mins walk.

The alcohol licensing department based at this site are beyond unorganised. My application was sent off around two and a half weeks ago, I paid for my DBS out of my own pocket. I was contacted for the fee to be corrected, then after that they were unreachable. After trying their number for about a week and a half, I had to end up going down to the office to be told that the lady I needed was on annual leave. I was given another number which apparently was a direct line, again that was not the case. I was contacted by someone else today finally to be told that they can’t accept my form due to my address, and I would have to pay for a new DBS because it’s now out of date. At my own expense may I add !!!!I am absolutely livid in all honesty.

Staff is excellent...MOT tester was superb on his job...But price for MOT is bit too much...
