We were at the Nissan side at Perry's Cam " was the service agent who helped us on sat morning

Got a new Juke from here service was second to none could brouse without being hassled Shaun the sales rep was fabulous

Emailed to check whether a Nissan Juke was at the garage, assured it was. Traveled 192 miles round trip, phoning on the way to check the car was still there, assured it was and we could test drive it if we wanted to. 2 hours each way in the car for my poor Mum who was in agony as she has scoliosis. Finally arrive and told they would go fetch the car for us to the front to look at.Ten mins later told the car had been given as a courtesy car for a month!!Absolutely livid with this garage, wasted our time and money but more importantly to me put my mum through so much unnecessary pain in the car for nothing.Later rung me to apologise and asked if I’d still like to buy the car?! What an absolute cheek!I don’t understand why you are advertising a car which is still advertised today, when you don’t even have the car at the garage plus it’s false advertisement saying it has 15 miles on the clock when clearly it’ll have more and won’t be in the condition it’s adverised as.I think it’s disgusting service and the fact that we contacted you twice to check the car was there and assured it was, is absolute joke. Personally feel you should offer us some money for the diesel wasted on our four hour journey for nothing.

Vehicle service undertaken on my Nissan Juke. Initial booking process via telephone was terrible taking 25 minutes to book in but the service on drop off and collection made up for it. Very good service and work undertaken.

Dont go here...zero customer service, walked in and left wishing i hadnt bothered. disinterested staff member who approached us asking if she could help. When we said we were interested in a Nissan Xtrail, told us she was from Seat and didn't know anything about Nissan. At this point thought she would ask a Nissan sales person to assist, she didnt and basically told us to check online when asked if she could read/print out spec of a car on the forecourt. Drove to Nissan Crew the following day and got first class service start to finish.Emma Stewart, had our sale of a Nissan Xtrail wrapped up in less than 30 mins. Maybe the lady from Perry's Blackburn needs some sales training from the team at Nissan Holdcroft Crewe.

Great staff but it is understaffed tbh had one guy running around to sort out service so bit of a wait to be seen .

Staff are great friendly always willing to help people with disabilities

We bought a Juke from here , great customer service , got a good deal

Left hanging on the phone for ages, no call to tell me the car was ready and then left hanging around waiting for keys in reception.
