Good quote, good service but I have seams where there should not be seams and I realise why they were a little bit cheaper - expensive considering the unsightly seams in the middle of hallways and sitting room doorway

Booked 3 times and still didn’t attend to install kitchen flooring with no explanation. Don’t bother would be my advice Terrible customer service rude and dismissive

Initial great salesmanship and met supply and fitting deadlines. However when there was a problem there was a total refusal to deal with it and a very aggressive attitude.

Martin and his guys have been replacing the Carpets in our house over the last 18 months as we restore the house he has provided an excellent service and has always arranged to fit the carpets as and when we need them his team are very professional and his prices are very competitive, he always does what he says he will do and I would recommend Searle carpets everytime.

Called in to the showroom after been badly let down by another company asked for a quick quote and how soon they could come and fit, extremely satisfactory quote and could fit in two days, brilliant service. Young lad came to fit did a great job quick clean and professional. Would highly recommend. Thank you will return in the near future for more rooms to be done

Booked time off work on two separate occasions to meet Martin the carpet fitter and he didn't turn up either time even though I had pre-paid for the carpets and fitting
