Selling a van via this company is pretty much painless.. every step and every action taken is on your terms. It greatly reduces the stress and inconvenience of selling a vehicle, there are no tire kickers or pushy sales people.. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Very easy simple process. We agreed on a price ,deal done. Mike who did the valuation was very polite,courteous on the phone.Very easy to talk to and Paul who came to collect the vehicle was exactly the same. After checking the vehicle the money was in my account in 10 minutes. No stress.

As someone who was a bit sceptical about using an online company to sell our van I needn’t have worried. Mike guided us through the process of selling our VW Caddy with no pressure whatsoever. He was fantastic to deal with and explained everything about the processes involved. Jeff who came to collect the van was a proper gentleman and after inspecting the van and a quick call to Mike in the office the funds were transferred into our bank account before he left our home. Complete Scam! I would stay away!I have been in touch with Adam to sell our van. We agreed on a price after providing him with all the details he asked for. including dozens of photos and videos.His collection driver confirmed all is good with the van but Adam said he won't be buying it due to the scratches (which he knew about all along).Van Buyers are complete waste of time, they ill give you an offer which they won't honour just to make sure you tell other prospect buyers to go away.STAY AWAY!!!I find it amazing that instead of taking responsibly the owner below decided to try and bully me from commenting by using an employee's name. Adam knew all along the external condition of the van. including dents, holes and so called lock issues. his own mechanic came over and confirmed the van is mechanically sound.The issue is not the price but the way he behaved (and still behaving). Adam has no respect to other people's time and energy. and I think people should be aware in advance.

Really smooth, friendly and efficient process from start to finish. Mike explained very clearly at the outset how it would work, Jeff made contact quickly and arrived to collect the van when he said he would. Payment was made promptly and before Jeff left. Both were very helpful throughout. All in all, a good experience selling my van.
