Koning Fitness Academy
I started Koning about 3-4 months ago with very little Jiu-Jitsu knowledge over the few months the members & coach Helton have been very welcoming and supportive which has kept me motivated to keep training harder. I have seen myself come a long way since I first began and can see myself staying for a long time very professional environment would recommend to anyone looking to take up martial arts.

This is one of the best gyms I ever been to. 24hour access. Friendly and relaxed. Variety of equipments. If you’re looking for a gym for weights or even want to try something new like boxing, kickboxing and ji jitsu this is your place highly recommend more than 5 stars

I've been training with Helton at Koning fitness for nearly 1 year, and can honestly say one of the best decisions I've ever made! Helton is an awesome guy and super knowledgeable when it comes to all aspects of fitness and training. I look forward to walking through those doors and always feel amazing when I leave. Would recommend 10/10!

A really welcoming, friendly gym. I’ve tried various gyms before but never felt overly confident - Koning helped to change that! Everyone is very supportive and kind and I now actually really enjoy going. I also have PT sessions with Rabbi there who is so patient, friendly and motivating! I couldn’t recommend this gym (and Rabbi) enough!

The vibe in this gym is unreal! The owners go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed. Definitely would recommend this to anyone, this is my happy place.

Joined Koning 12 months ago and it has completely changed the way I view the gym.Every member is friendly, welcoming and helpful - a fantastic all round atmosphere full of motivating people.Can’t recommend Koning, Helton and Rabbi enough.
