Great place for car parts especially if in a rush. Ordered online and usually ready the next day. Competitive prices and stock is of great quality. Covid restrictions in place and adhered to. I've never fond them to be overly busy when I have gone. Located on Charles Street by the Midwifery unit. 1 star less as parking can be a nightmare nearby.

Great place for car parts I ordered my service stuff for my van it was ready to collect in 30 minutes. Very helpfull staff parking can be a pain at times though

Euro Car Parts went above and beyond to sort out an issue with my order, even though it was my fault for ordering the wrong item. Fantastic customer service from the call centre staff, to head office, to the local branch to the dispatch driver. I’ve used them a number of times and will continue to do so as my experience has always been great. A great company.

Nephew ordered a battery to pick up same day, as advised by the store to get the best price. Arrived 5 minutes before closing only to find it was already shut. No answer to the phone. Not happy. Use a different branch, Wolverhampton and Cannock always happy to help.

Bit of a wait and tight for parking, but the young lady (with the tattoos) was helpful, rapid and pleasant.. Slightly let down by the snail like fella bringing out the orders.

Used click and collect service during covid times. A quick experience and friendly staff but only complaint is carpark is always full and sometimes have to park outside premises and risk a parking ticket
