Nice coffee good breakfast good priceBig improvement on previous cafe. Spent money on decor to improve it and the kitchen so all good. About time somewhere descent for breakfast locally is here. Try it you won't be sorry real coffee machine makes it so much nicer.the owner and staff freindly

Ordered 3 sandwiches and batches on Saturday morning to take out. Really nice food and no complaints from the family. Sausages in particular were really tasty, the bread and batches were really fresh. Averagely priced and all the staff were pleasant and friendly. Definitely return. Don't be put off by the older reviews as this place is under new ownership.

First visit since the new owners, what a transformation. The cafe looks nice and welcoming, service was very friendly. Best of all the food was very nice, no cheap sausages here, very tasty. I will certainly be back.

First time visiting since taken over and I'm appalled. Massively overpriced, this is not only my own opinion but compare to previous owners and other cafes within the area. Myself and my partner had the mini munch and the munch with one coffee and one apple juice - over £15 and everything on both plates was cold except for the sausage. The pepper shakers were all empty with pepper stuck all up the bottle. We asked for pepper and was given a fresh pepper grinder that pretty much spits rocks at your food. When the food was bought out we had to ask for the toast as it was forgotten. When bought out it was cold and like cardboard where it had been left. Whilst in there we overheard a telephone order being taken and we heard the lady say are you guys done so I can go. Sounded very rude. Even you know the person it sounded rude. We were not once asked if the food was OK. If everything was OK and if we were happy. No care given. And they must have heard our complaints as they were stood right behind us. The redecoration looks nice and fresh but it's the food and customer service that counts. Sorry will not be returning there ever again and will never recommend.

Went today for the first time since it re opened and I was very impressed! Really nice, good quality food at a fair price. The sausages were so tasty and the freshly ground coffee was lovely! The new owners have worked really hard and have totally transformed the place! I can see this little place being the new destination for top quality MUNCH :)

Ordered here on 10am Monday, 20th March. Gave me and my partner food poisoning! We’ve been bed bound since then, 4days straight! Luckily we didn’t feed any to our 1year old daughter.

I came here for breakfast, it's a lovely independent cafe with great staff. Well worth a visit!
