Went in to look at a car advertised online as 4.8k - got in and was told I should have called as it’s not in. I said no worries I’ll look anyways and the associate then told me I should go and look at Arnold Clark as the only thing in my budget was a Kia that I didn’t want. His attitude was really horrid and although his colleague then said to me he’d be able to help me get a car into my budget I was completely put off and just wanted out. It’s a shame because you hear the stereotypes of people not taking young women seriously but to have someone treat you like that in a reputable sales centre was not what I expected.

AVOID these cowboys..!!! Would be minus 10 if I could. My son bought a car from these last November and found the driver's side floor well flooded with water with heavy rain. They had the car for inspection and said they repaired it. Got car back and few weeks later found it flooded again, they had the car back again and I demanded they had a proper look and removed the carpet to dry it out properly.. we had to keep chasing them up as communication was non existent and at one point we was told we was lucky to be having a free repair" even though you pay over the odds for the car to start with. We eventually got car back and they said they couldn't find any fault and the water was probably left over from the first time? They tried to say We had 4 weeks warranty and we argued that by this time the weather was getting better so they verbally agreed 6 months. It seemed ok through the summer but now with heavy rain it is flooded again

We went to the trade centre today and we had Carlos Parvet. He helped us out as much as he could and tried every way to drop the price for us and understanding of our circumstances and a lovely person. Would highly recommend him to anyone that goes and to ask for him.

We came in to see what cars were Available within our price range. We had come in 6 months previously but had a bad experience with a member of staff.Marin was the member of staff who showed us round, he listened to our requirements and showed us many cars. He was patient, and did not push a sale on us, which let us build a rapport with him and trust him.Today we came to see car, and we are walking away happy with a new set of car keys.

Don't buy from here. The sales guy was lovely, very helpful. Shame the same can't be said for the business manager. Incredibly rude. Spoke so fast you couldn't tell what she was saying. So much information to take in but just couldn't process it. Bullied me into taking out dealer warranty for 13 months on top of the price we'd been quoted for finance (sales guy never mentioned this). Actually had the cheek to say to me and my husband if you want an expensive car you have to pay for it". It's a lot of money to part with for something you can't even test drive. We walked out and bought from a main dealer. Much better experience."

Went in today to purchase a car. Nice salesman, if a little pushy, but it's his job!Went for a test drive and the car broke down within 1000 metres of the centre.We walked back.Out of courtesy, we went to see the General Manager to tell him of the situation. He said he knew.No apology, no attempt to engage: apathy and nonchalance. I think we had a lucky escape! Never again!

I came here to look for a car after my brother said they were decent.I arrived and was shown to a gentlemen to help me, I was clear on what I wanted and my budget. They only had one care but was double my budget. I was introduced to a sales manager and quickly worked out that if I used my budget as deposit I can have the rest on finance. I was also clear I didn’t want finance at all. Then the hard sell. Go and sit in the car. It was a car I didn’t want and couldn’t afford.Plus if you pay the full amount there is a £299 fee for doing so. It is all about the finance.Then they said ‘have a look around’ to which I replied you said there wasn’t any other automatics available. I saw a couple as I walked around. They kept pushing to go and sit in the car and ‘see how you feel’. I replied with ‘why, I can’t afford it’, which was met with ‘you might feel different if you sit in it’.I was on my way out and another guy came up and asked if I could increase my budget and I said no and it was fixed. But they kept asking about what I could increase it to and they kept on. At one point surrounded by three of them. Felt very uncomfortable, told them I wasn’t down for the hard sell and they were were trying to help.Apparently I won’t be able to find what I want but I’d rather give anyone else money then these people.Furious and very upset by the approach these people took. I would advise against going if you don’t like the hard sell tactics.There are vulnerable people that might be pushed into finance commitments they can’t afford by these tactics.Be mindful of this before considering your visit.

Will never go there again and will deter all friends, family and acquaintances from considering them. Bought a car and as soon as we got it home we noticed an issue. Took multiple phone calls to be able to get in contact with them to be told that they couldn’t see it for another 6/7 weeks even though the car is practically unusable in its current condition. Their vehicle check process, their 28 day guarantee, and monthly all-cover insurance is a complete joke when I can’t use the car I just bought for 7 weeks.
