This company contacted my family over 6 years ago and contacted myself over 5 years ago about an unclaimed estate. They have received personal data and information from us and we have heard nothing since . We have had no updates from them and when we call Kerry is always out of the office and the help centre staff just take details for a call back , which doesn’t happen. If we do eventually ( on a rare occasion) get to speak to Kerry she informs that it will be finalised in a couple of months ! This has been what Kerry has stated for the last few years We have contacted another well known company that specialise in unclaimed estates who have informed us that they cannot find this estate ? We have again attempted to speak to Kerry to discuss this matter, However again she is out of the office ? . This matter is still ongoing ?
