I used Mike Wye products to completely redo my walls in the Victorian house we bought in London. I have been very pleased with the quality of different lime plaster and lime wash products. Keep the good work Mike Wye!

I've used Mike Wye to buy paints & lime plasters & for their building services. The Seciltek suite is fantastic & very simple for someone new to doing ad-hoc lime work.Their build team is phenomenal. We had a C17 cottage re-rendered by MW. The quote process was very straightforward, transparent and cost competitive. Incredibly we were offered two week payment terms with no upfront deposit which was very reassuring - nobody else offered this to us at the time.The hacking off of existing render was more complex than expected and the cob/ rubble underneath needed extensive repair, but we were warned this might be the case and understood that it would not be known until the existing render was off. Pricing for these repairs was transparent & we were given advanced notice of costs to be incurred.The render looks fantastic, the general finish and rounded corners/ reveals have improved the building dramatically.The same team of guys & girl were on site from hacking off, through structural repair, rendering, painting and finally stonework.Everyone was courteous and prompt, they were the cleanest contractors I've come across and accommodated young children, telling each other to down tools when our youngest were in the vicinity. We live on two footpaths and we still have passing walkers comment on how polite & pleasant the team were.We've had minor settlement cracks since completion, which were highlighted as possible at the time of rendering and these were promptly and tidily addressed by the team following a phone call.I cannot recommend Mike Wye as a company enough. The staff are brilliant and provided great peace of mind for major projects.

I contacted Mike Wye Ltd seeking advice on how to repair a small area of damage to an exterior wall which has a lime render. They were very helpful and, after several emails back and forth to clarify the requirement, a product was identified to effect the repair.I was impressed that they took time to help a DIYer like myself with a small job.

I've used Mike Wye for a number of years, the products they supply are always cheaper than other suppliers and the service is always excellent. I would highly recommend.

I had an issue with the final bag of Geocell I ordered.Mike wye did not want to compensate me for the entire bag at first for certain reasons, but they got back to me and offered a replacement after thinking it over.I Appreciate their ability to reconsider. Hope the replacement bag is all good like the first 4 were.

From a competent DIY'er, I would like to commend Mike Wye and associates on an outstanding service. From the first email I got an immediate response, both positive and informative. My email was clear but straight forward, after numerous phone calls I eventually placed my order. Following the instructions from your website it's a simple but time consuming installation. Finally a big thank you to Carl and Peter as both answered numerous questions, both informative and probably stupid questions, but at all times answered clearly and lengthy without me feeling stupid or wasting their time. We've been using Mike Wye limewash for over 15 years. Superb product and great service - the colour is now discontinued, but they recently mixed it specially for us so we didn't have to repaint all our woodwork!

The woodwool boards are good but the boxes containing the washers and screws were all soaking wet on delivery. The delivery itself was shockingly bad. I can kind of accept that the delivery driver insisted on leaving over £1000 of our materials on the main road over 200m away from my house but still thought this was a very poor delivery service. However, the driver wasn't even able to unload the pallet off the vehicle so I had to supply him with another pallet so that the boards could actually be unloaded, I also had to supply scissors to cut the packaging off the boards and found myself in the back of the lorry lifting the boards onto my pallet. The driver himself was eventually very helpful once he saw how hard we were all working but I was flabbergasted to be made felt like the terrible delivery service was somehow my fault even though he wouldn't have been able to unload the boards without me supplying him with a pallet. I'm sure you'll agree Mike Wye, the delivery service could be better.

Can't praise this company enough! Experts in their field and happy to answer questions. Friendly and helpful. Great range of non-toxic products. After sales support when needed is fantastic as well. Unlike a certain sustainable" competitor who disappointed... but that did lead to me finding Mike Wye and I haven't looked at any other companies since. Great products
