We recently used Gillies Party Wall Surveyors for the party wall agreement for rear extension(in Epsom). Kellie was fantastic - really helpful from the first call, helpfully explaining the complexities of the process and the various different agreements we needed. She also spotted that we actually needed agreement with both our neighbours, not just the one we are attached to which we would certainly have missed. Working with Kellie made the whole thing stress free - we knew what was happening, what the next steps were and when they would happen. Kellie clearly knew her stuff and we got the agreement sorted out - which was with the local Housing Association quicker than expected. We would thoroughly recommend Kellie and if we have any more works done we’ll definitely be using her.
