We thoroughly enjoyed out holiday in Transylvania on the Halloween Group Tour.Our guide/driver Vlad was excellent, so knowledgable about all aspects of our tour. A definite highlight was his suggested trip on the Transgfagarasan Highway, a glorious drive through autumnal coloured forests where we saw brown bears. Vlad had thought to bring apples to feed them from the mini van!All the hotels were excellent and we got to try so many traditional dishes.Regent's organisation was very efficient. Our only complaint would be that BA cancelled our flight, changing us onto a late evening arrival. But Vlad came up trumps, giving us a midnight tour of Bucharest so we didn't miss out.We enjoyed the Halloween aspects and luckily didn't get to meet Dracula!We would recommend this very special holiday

Memorable holidays mainly in Central Asia. Air travel, hotels and ground arrangements all work out perfectly and never had any problems. Special thanks to Carl Meadows for all the hard work converting our plans into truly wonderful experiences.

We were recommended to use Regent Holidays for our Russia trip. We did their ‘Essential Moscow and St Petersburg’ trip and loved every minute of it. Real personal touch, lots of advice on hand if you needed it. When we were in Russia, transfers and guides were amazing. Victor, our guide in St Petersburg was the highlight of our trip! Only slight disappointment was quality of some of the hotels. Wouldn’t say their star rating is the same as the UK as some properties felt very dated but clean and did the job. Wouldn’t normally use a travel agency but for Russia, this really did make everything must easier.

We travelled with Regent to the Baltic States in 1995 on a self drive holiday. This was before they joined the EU, when the Soviet style of service was alive and kicking. We pre-booked accommodation in both Tallinn and Riga with Regent, sailing from Harwich to Gothenberg and from Stockholm to Tallinn booked through DFDS. It all worked wonderfully well, we had an absolute blast, returning via Helsinki

Just returned from a really enjoyable holiday in Bosnia and Herzegovina with Regent Holidays organised by Ellie Marr , who was so helpful in planning our trip. Nice hotels in Sarajevo and Mostar and also well organised day trips with their local agents who were excellent and who also organised our railway and airport connections. I can highly recommend them.

In mid October 2023 I embarked on an epic two week trip to Central Asia and the Caucasus with Regent Holidays taking in a whistle stop tour that included Kazakhstan (Almaty), Tajikistan (Dushanbe), Uzbekistan (Tashkent and Samarkand), Kyrgyzstan (Bishkek), Azerbaijan (Baku), Georgia (Tbilisi) and, very briefly, Armenia!From the point where the trip was booked in the Spring of 2023 to the final flight home the support offered by Regent Holidays was exemplary.

A very disappointing experience from a supposed ‘specialist’ tailor made tour operator. This is a completely false claim. Our Norway trip was almost destroyed by Regent’s lack of knowledge and advice and their lack of care when they had messed things up was extraordinary. Do it yourself or find someone else is my advice.

We haven't booked a package holiday / trip with a travel company for years - but as it was all last minute, we went with Regent Holidays, also my MiL recommended them. We weren't disappointed. Ida Marinova was great, she answered our queries and updated us regularly (as it was a bit last minute - we were keen to know if we'd actually get on the flight and tour). We went to Iceland, on the Volcanoes & Glaciers 6days / 5 nights Tour - it was awesome, thoroughly enjoyable. Everything and more that Ida said it would be. Well done Ida, you certainly advised us well. Thank you.

Excellent company based on around 20 holidays with Regent over 15 plus years, last one was SouthKorea this year and everything was excellent

Had the most amazing holiday experience for my husband's 60th birthday. The staff at Regent were extremely helpful throughout and the holiday was totally amazing. Would highly recommend
