Bad boss. Terrible employer, cheating and exploiting technicians

The most appalling building management at their flagship St. James's Square building. We have been a tenant there for over a year (with a physical, not virtual office, where half a dozen of our colleagues work every day) and half way though it they decided to stop delivering mail addressed to us and started returning it to senders because of some ridiculous petty regulation that required them to obtain some identity documentation from us. Except they never bothered to request it and left us to find out from our correspondents that our mail had been returned. In our experience LEO does not assist but actually harms the businesses that pay them to serve.

Utterly baffling management. Requests for meaningless paperwork, not a clue what they've actually received, failed to process our post for weeks. Depressing stuff. We're moving.

Expensive with average service ... but best location in London

Very bad customer service, they cancel my appointment to see another customer they feel more impotent to attend too. I told them especially i am coming especially from the Midlands to view this and made arrangements. Although i was telling them I can do Wednesday but they was not available which is understandable so i made arrangements to do this for Tuesday. Extremely Bad customer service and Let Down Company. They call them selves A highly professional company whom charge sky high rates. Beware of their customer service. They say something and do something else.
