We had a great experience with Hamish and his team. They did a full leadwork refresh, some chimney pointing and some internal structural roof support. We're extremely pleased with their skills and work ethic. The team was punctual and friendly and Hamish checked in every day to make sure we were up-to-date and on track. I was in a pickle with a leaking roof and they promptly came to my rescue. I was only going to have the front of the roof replaced but it turned out that the underlying felt and battens were also in a sorry state and needed replacing. Over 50% of the tiles were damaged and needed replacing so I had the whole roof replaced in the end. I can only sing their praises for carrying out the work at short notice in a timely way. We were so pleased that we had HS Roofing sort our roof. Every element of their work has been professional, organised, friendly, responsive and competent. We chose to go with them because of their sensible quote, the impression that Stu gave and his approach to the work. The team doing the work were a pleasure to have around and incredibly courteous. They worked quietly and efficiently. They were also patient and understanding when it took longer than I’d hoped for funds from the insurance company to clear. We are very pleased with our new roof and would use them again.
