Great service from Joshua Copeman at Nicholas Humphreys. He listened to what kind of property I was looking for and quickly found me a wonderful house that wasn't even on the books yet. This was just what I was looking for in an estate agent. He kept in close touch with me during the entire purchase process and was always helpful and on the phone if I needed anything. Thanks to him I have found the perfect house and I am thrilled!

Nicholas Humphreys Norwich have been looking after my student house for two years - they also manage two other houses belonging to my extended family. We have all found Sam, Laura & team to be trustworthy, hardworking and entirely honest. On two occasions they found tenants extremely quickly. Great service, highly recommended.

I dropped them a message asking if they had any pet friendly properties available and they promptly replied and found a lovely property. They have great customer service and from my experience have always been excellent estate agents. As a student letting with them, they were honest, friendly and flexible. If you are looking for a property, they will do their very best to find exactly what you are looking for.

Such a disaster from the very beginning! The agency was very happy to take money from me, but is not providing a professional service at all. Some of these things would be considered beyond basic as a lettings agency. Locked out of the property for 4 days at the beginning of my tenancy for which they blamed the existing tenant - but the issue was actually that they didn't know what keys they should have for the property. They seem to have very little concern for tenant safety - they gave me a front door key knowing there was a risk I could get locked out, as they claimed there was no backdoor key (there was). They had not arranged for the property to be cleaned - they seem to have some issue where they don't know how the property is to be managed, but have not made one attempt to contact the landlord and find out how they ought to proceed, which is a bit odd. It is also resulting in no speedy progress with getting issues sorted out. Surely it is common sense to speak to the landlord rather than insisting the property is a house share when it is being let to individual tenants. Not a shared contract. These are not my only experiences with them, and it's under 2 weeks in. I couldn't recommend this agency to anyone, as my own experiences have been nothing but back to back trouble, unnecessary worry and stress, but the worst part is how very little they seem to care. Really disappointing.

As a Landlord I was struggling to find student tenants for my HMO so approached two Norwich letting agents. Humphreys offered the most flexible service for finding tenants (I wanted to continue to manage the letting as a private landlird), took care with photos and house descriptions. Megan was an absolute star keeping with communication and finding individual tenants who all seem great, like minded people, . The fee was very reasonable. As a comparison the other agent quoted a fee twice that of Humphreys but after 4 months found zero potential tenants.I have no hesitation in recommending Humphreys to other landlords and to students.

So after reaching out to Amy Fulcher, who was in charge of the particular property I was staying in, she helped me through the process and was very easy to communicate with.
