Thanks for fixing my watch today. I was charged £7.50. Much cheaper than what I was quoted elsewhere. Well done Timpson Twickenham.

Every time Iget my keys cut here I always have to come back to get recut.

Bad experience!went in to simply change a battery on a Michael kors watch.the Gentleman quoted me the price and to return in half an hour... on my return the battery was working but the gentleman broke the seconds of the dial... he questioned me and said when did I last wear the watch as the seconds have come off?" I was livid

Popped into Timpson this lunchtime to get my watch battery replaced. Being a tad lazy did not think to pop to the usual shop in Church Street...wish I did!! In a rush I agreed to part with £17 for a 2 second job. Even though I felt 'that was a bit steep!' I went on my way and thought.. what does Toe-Knees Shoe Repairs in Church Street charge? With my tail between my legs I popped in and cringly asked the chap... £6.50!!! and it dawned on me, that was the price I paid last time! Admittedly Part my stupidity for not walking an extra 30 meters down the road and in the main an absolute rip of by Thompson! Go to the chap in Church Street, he is a sole trader, not a chain and far cheaper!! He's been around for donkeys years too!!!

I asked for a copy of my key and after the guy tried 3 times to get it correct , and I had to come back to the place twice, I asked for a refund and the manager was rude and refused to give my money back because I didnt have a recite. They didnt give me a recite in the first place.

I purchased a Memorial stone for my deceased cat. The stone arrived in the shop but when I went to collect it it was bigger and heavier than I had anticipated. Although i was really pleased with it. The Manager requested one of his staff to carry it to my house. Despite the inclement weather he cheerfully walked with me to my house carrying the heavy stone and refusing to take a tip for his trouble. Thank you. I think his name was Tom. (Apologies if I got his name wrong).A satisfied client
