Always my favourite vets. Chris, Lorna, Jess and the rest of the staff always friendly, professional and understanding. Saved my labradors life and I have the greatest trust in them for any situation my that my dogs might encounter in the future.

I was recommended Vetsmiths by a friend as I was searching for a second opinion for my pug as I was not happy with what my current vets had told / advised me to do. To say I walked out of Vetsmiths tonight with a spring in my step is an understatement. Lorna was just simply amazing. I felt like I was being listened to and what I was saying was being taken seriously and I wasn’t rushed or made to feel like my questions were stupid.Albert had a really thorough examination and everything Lorna was doing to Albert was explained and the next steps forward were discussed. The next steps were what I was hoping for and gave me some light at the end of a very dark tunnel that I had believed I was going to be going down last week after seeing my now old vet practice. Thank you Vetsmiths! I couldn’t recommend them enough. All the staff were just lovely and welcoming and Albert loved the extra treats!

My Golden Retriever Monty had an appointment yesterday with the vet, Chris for his annual vaccinations and health check.Chris was extremely thorough, examining Monty and talking through with me how his health has been recently. He always makes us feel very comfortable and gives us as much time as we need. Chris is a brilliant vet.VetSmiths has a wonderful team and I feel very confident in their care for our much loved dog, Monty.Thank you!

I am so pleased to have found Vetsmiths, such an oasis of calm and reassurance. I came here for a second opinion from Chris who is truly exceptional because of the time and attention he gives to listen and explain things in such a detailed and understandable way never making you feel you’re being silly or over anxious so it becomes a healing time for both yourself and your precious pets.From the moment I walked in me and my two shitzu crosses received such a warm welcome from the lovely ladies on the reception desk with plenty of treats for them and the offer of a cup of coffee for myself.A big thank you to Vetsmiths for giving me the peace to be able to relax and enjoy my girlies, I can’t recommend you highly enough.

Amazing experience with VetSmiths with our young Italian Greyhound. Following a not so good experience with another practice we decided to start a fresh, and we are so pleased we choose them! Could not have had a better experience. Our boy was very nervous about vets and was due his booster vaccination. Lorna worked with us with such compassion and understanding, with such a gentle approach. We have been working on building up his confidence over the last month or so and today Lorna got him vaccinated and checked over with little to no upset for him. We are so grateful to have found such a great vet. Our experience with all the other members of staff has also been brilliant. Can not recommend enough. Thank you so much! :)

I can’t thank Vetsmiths enough for all there kindness and attention to my puppy! As a first time pup mom I was nervous when he wasn’t well and they calmed all my nerves. They gave him the best care with cuddles and treats. When he was hospitalised they ensured me he would be okay and kept me updated through his time. On collection I could tell he was comfortable and had enjoyed his snuggles with all the staff! My pup suffers with separation anxiety but he feels completely safe and happy when he visits VetSmiths. Knowing that they are always a phone call away if I ever have any concerns is amazing! I can’t recommend these Vets enough and they are all so lovely.

Simply the best vets - 1st class service, professional and compassionate care from the moment I arrived - the receptionists are friendly with a warm greeting and a reassuring smile …And they genuinely love animals! Chris Devlin , vet , was very informative, and so thorough - best veterinary care that I have experienced in a long time . He took the time to understand Dexter and what was wrong with him . Simply outstanding service and cannot thank the team enough , …they looked after the “cat “s mother” as well.!

Fabulous vets, wouldn’t go anywhere else. Super friendly & knowledgable team. Lovely relaxed & comfortable atmosphere. 100% recommend.

Brilliant vets. Nothing is to much trouble for them. I have often had to call ...and I have always got an appointment the same day. They truly love their animals. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Puzzle and Echo say thank you. xx
