The solicitor I have spoken with today was the most condescending, arrogant person I've had the displeasure of talking to. He has no telephone or people skill whatsoever. Really made me feel like a total piece of sh*t.

Booked an appointment to get my documents attested. On arrival waited for about 20 minutes before I was told they don't offer this service anymore, even though I had previously used them for same reason few weeks ago. This resulted in significant stress and wastage of time. It was their mistake, so they should have completed the service. Sorry won't use them again.Edit: Surprised to see that it only took you 3 years to reply to a review.Life has moved on and so have I.

Contacted them today to ask about getting documents certified by a solicitor. Their website states that they can do this and that all their offices are open for appointments that cannot be dealt with remotely. However the reply I received to my email advised that this is not the case. I understand if they no longer want to hold any face-to-face appointments during the covid pandemic, however, they should update their website accordingly if that is their decision.

We have recently sold our house and bought another one . Jordans Solicitors acted for us with the conveyancing. This is a stressful time for anybody involved with a house move but our solicitor Jessica Vettese was always a calming influence and readily available to talk things through when there were issues to sort out. Leading up to the completion Jessica was in-touch regularly to relay the latest news. Thanks Jordans.

I had to deal with a few solicitors in my past and never had so bad experience as with Jordan's solicitors, very unpleasant, rude, arogant people, in 3 months they couldn't deal with my documents, every time different explanation from different people,I didn't even know who deal with my case, liers ,no chance to have appointment face to face ,nightmare! By the way after my first negative review left was emailed about it from Loreena Walker,do u disturbing all people who left negative feedback?disgusting, I wish u can be that good doing properly job and dealing with cases -not leaving someone a few days before court hearing ,so please DO NOT EMAIL ME WITH YOUR RUDE ATTITUDE BECAUSE I LEFT NEGATIVE FEEDBACK FOR POOR JOB, no way I want someone like that to represent me in any of my case ,avoid!!! Disrespectfull people !!

Poor service when carrying out our conveyancing. Solicitor dealing with the case often forgot details and then went off sick. Next case manager wasn't much better.I also asked if they could certify our passports which you would assume is a fairly standard practice for a firm of solicitors. It took them a week to confirm it's not a service they offer. When I queried why they couldn't do this and why it had taken a week to confirm this they couldn't provided a satisfactory response. I made a complaint but their approach to handling this was also poor.Overall I would avoid this company. There are far better conveyancers/solicitors in the area who value the relationships with their customers.
