Had to wait ages to put in prescription. Told would be at least 35 minutes before I would get the prescription. I went to boots in Morriston and that was excellent.

Quite judgemental attitude towards any controlled product. Extreme overkill constantly making life more difficult especially if your not attending on weekly basics , personally best avoided as discretionary attitude directed at possibility more shyer person best AVOID ..

A small boots mainly a pharmacy rather than the wide selection you find at other larger boots, parking is difficult as it is on street. There is a nearby bar park which is free to use.

I used to be a customer of BOOTS in the Quadrant Swansea, now I am getting my prescriptions from BOOTS in Morriston, the service is 10 times better and you're made to feel as if you're a valued customer and not just a number. If I was to have a moan about something, then that would be answering the phone other than that, you have reached perfection. Thank you everyone in the Pharmacy Department. Thank you to everyone in the department.
