Awful treatment from the Romanian small female with glasses and dark long hair. Makes me feel extremely uncomfortable on every visit and is too aggressive with her greetings also very rarely offers you a drink

Me and my brother have been in twice this year (January and last week) and we’ve been ill both times a day or two later. We hardly ever get ill so it can’t be another factor, other than we got ill in your venue.When you see an older gentlemen coughing and spluttering over machines are you surprised? The staff are either chatting with friends, on their phone or constantly going in and out. The last 2 occasions I’ve not seen anyone wipe down a machine.Myself or other people don’t know what other people have got, I just think with cases of covid still around that cleanlinesses should still be number one priority don’t you think?
