Contacted Ferguson Electrical a few days before Christmas as we were having intermittent problems with our heating system and our daughter and baby were coming for the holiday. My call was answered by the boss, Kenny Ferguson, who said his engineer would attend within the hour. True to his word Robert the electrician arrived as promised. After asking a few questions about the heating system problem he got to work and diagnosed a faulty thermostat on a water cylinder in the loft. Soon after Robert arrived with a replacement part and fitted it successfully and demonstrated the working system to me. I was really impressed with the prompt service and professionalism of this company and have recommended them to friends. A month has past since the repair and the heating system has worked perfectly.

Highly recommend. I was assigned Grant at the beginning of the refurbishment and he saw the work through to the end. He couldn't have been more helpful and nothing was a problem when changes had to made along the way. Kenny was very accommodating when it came to fitting in around the schedule of the other tradesmen.
