Thank you again Barclays for a wonderful service. Branch open but tills closed on Saturday.Each time that I need to do ANYTHING with Barclays there are delays. Avoid!

Constantly long queues due to slow workers and their idle talk

This branch is filled with racist, except the receptionist who gave me warm welcome and listening ear. If you are coloured and you can please avoid. So I went in to certify a document and one female rude, actually they were 2. Very rude, and clueless said they can’t certify the document because they don’t know me personally and I was like trying to explain you are not even supposed to know me to certify this. And they had this racial undertone. I am a customer for 3years now and I have 2 accounts with this bank. How else are u suppose to know me. They really messed up my day. Pls avoid this branch if you can

Rude moody staff behind the till. Trying to turn everyone into machines. Bring back proper counter customer service with a smile

Appalling customer service. Staff are uninformed about common barclays services. Tlstate everything as being complicated when it's one of their services that customers are doing regularly. Cost client a huge amount of time, mistakes made. Incapable of answering a question without customer having to wait a long time while they look into it". Honestly the worst experience with a bank continuously no wonder they're closing branches."

The branch can get extremely busy at times, but the staff are really good and they try their best to get you seen to as quickly as possible. They are professional but extremely, friendly and knowledgeable. They take time with you to do their utmost to sort out your issue/problem/query.I have been with Barclay's for year's and find them head & shoulder's above all the other Banks when it comes to customer care & service.
