I'm quite new and although I have not had problems with all of the doctors, the receptionists are awful and since they are the first point of call its just an awful service on a whole every one seems to have poor communication skills. Appointment are carried out over the phone and recently I have booked appointments, I was told I will receive a call back from a gp but have not received a call at all.....very dissatisfied with this gp practice

I'm very pleased with this GP. You get consultation on the same day and they do the necessary referrals. A big thank you to everyone working in this centre.

Terrible experience in my five years registered here. Any administrative request will not be dealt with and without recourse. I have missed phone appointments when the surgery has changed my contact number without explanation; have been asked to attend on-site only to be told on arrival that I should have rang instead; and have had promised prescriptions from the doctor never materialise. I never received my covid vaccination invitation and they eventually booked me in several months late after multiple chasers. Patients have to join a long queue at 8am to get an appointment. They give no time frame at all for telephone appointments and if you miss the call you have to rejoin the queue the next day. I’ll be relieved to register elsewhere soon.

Pleasant experience at the practice thanks to the friendly receptionist lady. I found it hard to explain what I was requesting yet she quickly understood and solved my query. Her smile made me feel less stressed.

This is the worst GP they don’t care and this doctor I talk to she should be investigated she have no care she have no awareness. She use to give me vitamins shots I stopped because she don’t use any gloves and goes with my needless open around. NHS should have look to this GP and be close this GP because they putting people life in danger, and. You never get any help at all.

Amazing care received by the staff at this surgery. Was having issues with my blood pressure. Was seen by a GP and clinician the same day and was referred for a 24 hour machine by a local service. Results were analysed within a few days. Credit to all here for providing the best care. Thank you.

Like most have said, Predominately operating as a telephone service, Often difficult to get an appointment same day and if you do Dr calls you for rushed consultation where it’s ends within 4 minutes.I have felt they haven’t taken severe mental illness seriously, With reception telling me to stay strong when no same day appointments left rather than signposting to services that can help (NHS 111, Birmingham Mind Crisis Line).I have now moved to another GP as I cannot go on with them.

Possibly the best GP practice I've encountered. The staff are amazing from top to bottom. The receptionist was professional and extremely helpful, even whilst dealing with frankly unpleasant and demanding people (if you have to wait it's probably for good reason, as the GP's are taking care of the patient before you.The lady who took my blood was excellent, I never felt a thing.I was treated by Dr Mavi, and he was absolutely brilliant. Well worth the small wait.

This surgery has most definitely, definitely improved. It is now run more efficiently.Get call backs from GP when arranged.GP will phone to offer advice after any tests. Prescriptions dealt with immediately and at pharmacy for collection within hours.I hope it will continue to provide a first class service and not slip back into horrendous ways it used to be. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful.Special mention to Lorna who is a asset to this surgery.
