Went in there had a look and when I decided what I wanted I asked and they done everything they could to help me. Best customer service I've had in a long time. Great place

My husband and I went to Oak Furnitureland near Portsmouth this afternoon to look for a comfortable two seater sofa and matching armchairs for our new conservatory. Our assistant, Lisa, couldn't have been more helpful, and we came away having ordered sofa and chairs, and we also had spent enough to receive two free gifts. We were able to choose from any mirrors, lamp stands (including shades) or clocks that were on display in the showroom. We came away with a lovely large wall clock, and a really nice lamp, both of which will go into the conservatory too. In addition, I was given a very welcome cup of tea. All in all, it was a most successful visit, with excellent customer service, and we will certainly go back again if we need more furniture. The quality of all their furniture is first class. All in all highly recommended.

Helpful, friendly staff. Nice furniture and selection. Would be nice to see some deeper discounts on some items. Purchased an electronic reclining loveseat. It's lovely.

Customer service could be better. We waited for a few minutes at the counter for someone to answer a few questions.

I didn't even want to give 1 star. I was cond into buying two item from this store claiming it was interest free. A year later I was sent a statement of the instalments I was paying and surprise surprise I am being charged interest! I am absolutely furious with the 3 idiots that work hear they all stuck together and claimed it was interest free. I did make a formal complaint but did not hear back. I will not be using your store ever again I will be shopping in Harvey's that do not rip people off! And is interest FREE! Up to 5 years.

Poor, not great a salesman slumped in a chair on his phone. Good customer experience not.

Part of order missing, still not received hanging bar for wardrobe.....or a cupboard as we call it. Customer services less than helpful.

Should be renamed joke furniture land. They promised the earth but failed to deliver it. Was promised my furniture by Christmas 2017 in October and it eventually arrived towards the end of January. Shipping issues from China which they make it sound like they make the furniture in the UK. Will never use this shower again

Sales team good , delivery team horrendous , complaints department ok , but guessing thats because of the amount of practice they get . Second delivery team ok , after sales section couldn't care less , overall cost myself 2 days wages sorting out THEIR mistakes. Wouldn't use tgem again for anything , I'm only surprised that they manage to stay in business, my advice? Go elsewhere .

There is a nice selection of decent dining tables and an assortment of chairs to meet our needs. When our decorating is complete we are looking forward to placing an order for a dining table and chairs.
