My nearest branch. 25 miles away from where I live since they closed my local branch. Not easily accessible by car due to city centre location. Need to call in in person to open an account but it closes before I leave work. I'm sure the staff are lovely but not exactly easy getting to see them.

No help for older and disabled customers. Changed the phone ap so it won’t work on my phone and closed all easily accessible branchesSolution change bank accountReally disappointed they were so good when I opened my accounts

I phoned Santander to cancel my appointment today, the woman mumbled something then cut me off. The man in York branch would not help me, so i tried to cancel.

Website says open.Went today. Closed until April 6th.Needed to sort something before new tax year. Wasted journey.Moving account elsewhere.Interest rates used to be unbeatable, not any more.

Just called Santander to talk about my card had a long wait but I understand it can be busy sometimes, then spoke to Chris I believe was from Dublin honestly the best customer service I’ve ever had! Very polite, helpful and lovely.. Thankyou!!

Poor website updates. Went in specially 25 March to find a Notice on the door saying the branch was closed with no details of when re-opening or nearest open branch. Went in this morning 31st March at 11am to find the branch again closed and will not re-open until 6th April. On both visits Santander's website posted as open !! so I have made two unnecessary visits into York and possibly put myself and others at risk of Covid infection. I was not the only one outside the branch who had made a special effort to visit the branch. Why have a website if it is not kept up to date?

Partly my fault for not looking but why would Santander book me an appointment at a time when its closed?? They need to think about what they put on the website.

Update you web page you say you are open from 10 until 2 not so closed for at least a week. First trip out in 3 months to deposit a cheque dated before Christmas. Very stressful after shielding all this time to find a wasted journey and only Santander in York area.
