My first time using Mer- Tech, last Sunday my car )Land Rover Freelander 2) went into limp mode with a DPF Full error showing, by Monday morning they had completed my diagnostics and gave me the options other faults were also found with my car and the garage explained them to me and replaced the parts I needed replacing. Tracy and Becky have both been so kind and helpful explaining everything to me. I am thrilled with my service and will be using this garage more in the future would 100% reccomend.

My daughter recommended Mer-tech. As I've been overcharged numerous times before. Staff were lovely very friendly. My car had an MOT and interim service, very reasonable priced. She said it would take a couple of hours and it did. Very professional and efficient, have been telling all my friends and work colleagues about Mer-tech.

Will not be using again, do not recommend. Was told to bring car in ASAP and it was looked at a week later. The gearbox was then ordered and I waited a further two weeks for Mertech to contact the currier as gearbox was not turning up and Mertech did nothing about this. This whole time I was not called once to be updated on the progress and was not offered a courtesy car after asking multiple times if they could contact me as soon as one was available.I had to call them everyday for updates on the car, they would tell me every week that it would be ready for next week, but this would then be pushed back when I called up the following week meaning that I did not get my car back for 5 weeks. During the 5 weeks no contact was made with me and I was left in the dark unless I called them. On the fourth week I was told the car would be ready on Wednesday, I didn’t receive a call until the following Monday morning saying that it was ready. Shocking management I really did give up with them in the end.Then received my car Monday evening, the inside of the car is in a state and after one day of driving it the engine management light has come on and there is an awful smell of diesel in the car. Luckily this time I am taking it to a garage that will fix the issue, rather than back to Mertech.Not to mention the service they provided cost £3.5k. The car also went in for a gearbox service with Mertech 6 months prior to this issue and they said there was no faults with it, just for the gearbox to fail 6 months later. Do not trust!!The car also went in for an A service with Mertech in March and I took the car straight home from Mertech just for the engine management light to come on. Never had an issue with Gary and his team before but this is a truly poor service.

I will recommend Mer-Tech to all my family and friends. Took my car for service today, it was a pleasure from start to finish. The reception staff are very friendly and brought me a drink whilst I waited for my car. The waiting area is comfortable and lovely and clean.My car was done in no time at all and I was very happy to pay the price quoted with no hidden extras. We will certainly be using Mer-Tech from now on.

I would like to thank Mer-Tech for there fantastic service. Car was picked up and brought back. They even put it back in the garage for me. Nick was so kind what a lovely man you have working for you. I can't praise them enough nothing is to much trouble. So don't hesitate if you need your car fixing. This is the place to go.

Where are s my engine lid ?! I’m not sure they are done service! I’m not trust now. How they are missing that?! I’m not trust make full service on the car !… they not give any paperwork , what they done! O my god!!!

I have brought my Mercedes here for years, recently I had a recall from Mercedes who found lots of issues with my vehicle so I brought it to Mer-Tech. They confirmed that not all of work needed doing but what did need doing was done at a fraction of the price with a speedy turnaround. The staff are also all incredibly helpful and nice. I couldn’t recommend more!

First time customer and I don’t usually leave reviews but I’ve had a good experience with mertech and after a few months of limp mode my cars running perfect again.Took car in at 8am for a diagnostic, they rang me and kept updated on everything that was going on and didn’t crack on with any work until they’d asked me if I wanted it doing. Got the call to say my car was ready at 2pm. It cost around what I was expecting to pay but for a bit more work than I knew it needed so definitely value for money. All the staff are friendly and helpful, will definitely use them again!

Wouldn't recommend. They investigated an issue (which already was known from Mercedes-Benz centre before) and didn't inform us they don't have proper tools to check gear box and the only option is to remove all front parts of the vehicle to reach it, which cost us more than 1k only to investigate it!! (while Mercedes-Benz centre ivestigated without removing any parts with cost £260). And after they put all front parts back, some issues occured, which they didn't agree to fix blaming us that they wasn't the last one, who touched the vehicle (and actually they was the only one, who removed half front part of vehicle). Robbers and rude staff
