If I could give this company a 0 star then I would. My wedding dress was sent off and cleaned by them last November, unfortunately my wedding dress never made it back to me. A year on and I still havent got my wedding dress or any resolvement. I have been trying for a year to resolve this with the company, to start off with the communication was great and they promised me the matter would be resolved and I would be compensated for the loss of my dress and veil, this however never happened, month on month I would chase them via telephone and email, it was always the same excuse we need to chase it with higher management and a different department we will get back to you ASAP. They never did. My emails and phone calls now get ignored. I am now left without my £5000 wedding dress and veil, a cleaning service I paid for along with the extra insurance policy their company states they have but clearing don't want to use to resolve my case. Despite how much it cost the items are priceless and I trusted this company with them. I am angry and upset at how the company have treated me, the manager I dealt with even knew I was pregnant and how much stress it was causing me. Totally inhumane company avoid them and use someone else. I am now in the process of taking legal advice. I hope no one else has to go through what I have.

Very poor service, I left there my double bedding, pure white. I specified that I want washing and ironing. When I picked it up and unfolded at home I noticed the marks were still there and the bedding hasn’t been ironed!I phoned them up to check what service I had done and the lady over the phone said: medium wash and folding :(Very disappointed that the person who took my order did not listed properly.Don’t think I will use them again.(Lincoln, Waitrose).

I took 2 pairs of good quality expensive Laura Ashley curtains for cleaning,( that had been cleaned 4 years previously at the same place ,without any problem.I have also had 2 other sets of curtains cleaned there earlier in the year ,ok)2 of the curtains were creased in the middle where they had been scrunched up on the hanger when I rehung them at home.I made the mistake of phoning up and returning those 2 curtains to have the creases removed.I wish I had never returned them there are now creases that haven't dropped out after a week and a half and have been deliberately placed,it would seem,and various patterns imprinted on the velour stripes that also cannot be removed.I was charged £97 for this extremely poor service.Strangely I was told when I collected the second time,that there was nothing further they could do without causing further damage ! What an extremely odd response.Clearly the staff do not have the skills to do their job and I will NOT ever recommend or use them again.

I dropped off a pair of jeans with your branch (Waitrose, Lincoln) for a simple repair on the 24th October. I paid for repair there and then and was told it will be ready 7-10 days time.I have just been informed today by the staff at the branch that it is still not ready for pick up - three weeks after I dropped it off. I asked when will I be able to pick it up and I was told nothing will be done until when the tailor comes in next week. The staff on the phone actually said to me 3 weeks wait is the norm.Having been told that three-week wait is the norm, I have I lost the little confidence I had left that the repair will be of a high standard. I had to drive to the branch that does the repair, pick up the jeans and go back to the original breanch to get a refund.My experience with Johnson Dry Cleaner is signifncantly worse than my first visit and I will probably go somewhere else in the future for any kind of clothing repair.

They didn’t get the grass stains out my sons suit- I was gold the material had been scuffed.Got it all out at home with vinegar and a nail brush…. Waste of £18.00.

Overpriced for dry cleaning, £30+ for a duvet. (Bought one for the same price!) Took over a week and Didn't return my own material cover bag.
